I’m taking a cue from Linda, and posting my to-dos for the new year, but sticking to food-related resolutions to keep on topic. This year I will try to

1) cook more fish

2) take daily calcium supplements

3) keep track of the names of wines and cheeses I eat

4) make friends with risotto

5) drink a cup of water before each unit of alcohol

6) go on a bike/wine tour in Italy or France

7) take advantage of local products
