Nearly four months after moving from L.A. to Geneva, I’m finally having a go at my food blog.


Here I am watching Paul Bocuse on the travel channel in my room. Those are yoga toes, btw. They’re supposed to realign joints and improve circulation.

Anyway, Paul Bocuse just made some quenelles.

I promise the next post will be more exciting. It involves a Christmas roast in Brighton.
